AUDIT & MEASURE

Our process starts by auditing the design, operation and performance of your mechanical equipment. This allows us to evaluate design flaws, operational inefficiencies, and most importantly, it begins to pinpoint opportunities for mechanical optimization.

Our comprehensive energy audit, and mechanical systems review provides full visibility into energy performance, priority opportunities, recommended solutions and a fully costed business case for each optimization strategy.

MECHANICAL COMMISSIONING

Our optimization strategy begins with installing our suite of smart building controls and sensors in order to commission each system in the most energy efficient way to satisfy load requirements.

These controls allow us to analyze real-time energy performance data, in order to confidently deploy strategic optimization measures that drive optimal energy efficiency.

ONGOING OPTIMIZATION

We believe there is a significant difference between automation and optimization. The “set it and forget it” approach only leads to excess energy loads, over heating or cooling and not fully allowing each mechanical system to operate at peak performance.

NERVA monitors the real-time requirements of your buildings and the actual required energy loads to satisfy temperature calls. As your energy conservation specialist, NERVA will continuously optimize the operation of your mechanical equipment to eliminate energy waste, lower utility costs and reduce carbon emissions.

MONITOR& REPORT

From day one after implementation, you will gain full visibility and insight into the ongoing performance of your mechanical systems.

NERVA will report any system anomalies, faulty equipment, calibration and/or sensor issues in real-time, helping you respond to these operational realities in a timely, pragmatic and cost-effective manner.
