OUR 4-PHASE PROCESS

We connect our patented technology via a modified blower to pressurize and distribute the sealing formula into the space. The pressure carries our non-toxic, water-based formula throughout the space and effectively seals any leak by using the very air that is leaking out of the room, thereby finding any leak point; visible or not.

Prep & Set-up

PHASE 01

Our technicians begin the process by prepping the area and covering any openings that won't be sealed. This includes taping or covering any design openings or finished horizontal surfaces within the space. AeroBarrier sealing tripods are then set throughtout the area to be air sealed.

PHASE 02

Pressurize & Spray

Using a blower door, the space is pressurized. After that, a computer controls the entire process including the temperature, pressure, humidity, and distribution of sealant within the space.

Seal & Monitor

PHASE 03

With the AeroBarrier Connect system, you see results in real-time. You have complete control over your desired level of airtightness and can achieve any level required. At the end of the process, a final blower door test is run to verify the air sealing results. We then provide a Certificate of Completion that shows pre and post leakage.

Performance Reporting

PHASE 04

AeroBarrier technology tracks the sealing process and overall airtightness improvement in real-time. A performance certificate is provided for validation and reporting.  Within 30 minutes of completing the seal construction activities can resume.
